MINDY MELENDEZ

Hello, my name is Mindy Melendez and my family and I moved to Palm Coast in 2011.  After being born and raised in Ohio, moving to Florida was a wonderful new change.   I love being able to enjoy the outdoors almost year round, as well as only being minutes from the beach. 

There is a lot to be said about the South!  We enjoy more family time and treasure time we have together.  I have 3 children, 2 girls and a boy and each has added so much to who I have become. 

After high school, I worked for the Federal Government and then decided to go to college.  I attended Ohio Dominican University for my undergraduate and then went to Ashland University for my Masters.

I graduated with my Bachelors of Science and obtained my teaching license in elementary education, reading endorsement and special education.  I then went on and graduated with my Masters in Education with Curriculum and Instruction.  After teaching for several years, both in elementary and then in high school, I made the change to Real Estate, both investing and selling. 

When I’m not doing what I love for a living, (which, if you don’t know, is helping people with their real estate investments) I’m spending time with my husband and kids! 



I feel very strongly about what I do and all the connections I make.  I know that each person comes into my life for a reason and for that I am very grateful!   I feel that your real estate investment is a major one.
